Hi everyone
Just wanted to let you know that because of the current climate I have decided that I will not be able to offer in-person classes at this time. Once things become a little clearer we can hope to be back together hopefully early in 2021.

The sessions will continue to focus on the time-tested principles of yoga – exercise, breathing, relaxation, concentration, positive thinking and meditation. Hopefully with time and effort you can have an established practice for yourself. And through this practice as you move along the path of yoga you can become aware of many new things, learning through your own experience.
