Weekly Classes

Learn the fundamentals of yoga to help build strength, flexibility, balance, restoration and deeper understanding of asanas (poses), breathing, relaxation and meditation. Weekly drop in classes.

Simple and soothing classes for all ages and abilities.  Classes will explore yoga postures (asanas) from the inside out: using the breath, releasing tension, building strength, and engaging your mind and body. The class finishes with a lengthy relaxation pose (savasana) to release the last of your body’s tension.
Come and try any class that suits your schedule. No need to book. Just come along and enjoy.
