The Challenge: Stick to a Meditation Practice

Starting from Saturday September 7th the drop in Saturday morning class will begin with 30 minutes of guided breathing and meditation followed by an hour of yoga postures. If you are new to sitting still with your thoughts, practices like a guided meditation is a great place to start. You will need to bring a cushion/blanket to sit on as well as a yoga mat.

Class is from 9 – 10.30 AM at Wandsworth Community Centre, Ballyhackamore and cost is £7.
